Subscriptions to GPTease are recurring, and you will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel.
You can cancel at any time by logging into your GPTease account.
Refund Eligibility
In most cases, payments for GPTease subscriptions and enterprise licenses are not refundable.
If you'd like to stop being charged, you can cancel or downgrade your account before your next payment date. See the steps below.
Cancelling or Downgrading Your Plan
If you are looking to downgrade your account before your next payment date, follow these steps:
- 1Log in to your GPTease account.
- 2Navigate to your Profile.
- 3Select 'Manage Plans'.
- 4Click Cancel Subscription.
What happens next: Your subscription will no longer renew and you will not be charged again.
Refunds Due to a Bug or Error
If you believe your case warrants a refund due to a bug or error in our product or service, we request that you schedule a call with our support team.
